Davao welcomes Abreeza Residences

The survey, based on 27 indicators, also adjudged Davao City, which has a population of over 1.2 million, as the most peaceful city in Southeast Asia.
The Asiaweek citation is bestowed on this leading growth center in the South. It was also cited for its cleanliness and greening efforts, peace and order and being child-friendly.
In 2010, it was recognized by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) with the Best Quality of Life award. This was followed by the prestigious distinction from Entrepreneur, which hailed it as the country's most business-friendly district for small and medium enterprises. Then, in a joint report by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank (WB), entitled "Doing Business in the Philippines 2011," Davao City edged out 25 other cities in the Philippines as it ranked first under the category, "Ease of dealing with construction permits."
More than anything, these commendations demonstrate Davao's inherent potential to take its place alongside the region's most prominent urban centers. And being the gateway to the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asia growth area (Asia's largest regional grouping and recognized as a rich economic strip), Ayala Land envisions a masterplan for the city that will embrace a refreshing integrated lifestyle; one where careful urban planning will seamlessly combine the best facets of living, business and leisure-thus making the most out of what this city has to offer.
